But, what you may NOT know is that raising your leptin levels may be
completely WORTHLESS unless you also take steps to improve your
sensitivity to leptin.

years of high body fat levels and diets full of processed foods. This
essentially makes your body unresponsive to leptin, even at high

That said, you can get on the path to heightened leptin sensitivity and accelerated fat loss simply by eating more of a very specific type of food.
Knowing that downing lots of processed foods is one of the main
contributors to leptin resistance, you can immediately begin repairing
your leptin receptors immediately by following this one simple rule:
Except for cheat days, try to eat only “one-ingredient” foods.
What does that mean? It’s quite simple actually.
One-ingredient foods are foods whose only ingredient is that food
It pretty much boils down to this…
Any meat, vegetable, nut, seed, oil, bean, or fruit.
Unlike pre-packaged processed foods with a ton of artificial
ingredients and food additives that few people can pronounce, all of
these foods are whole, natural foods and yes, they only contain one ingredient.
As you increase these types of foods in your diet – you’ll immediately begin to increase your leptin sensitivity which automatically increases fat burning and lessens fat storage.
